I had always been fiercely independent, and I prided myself on my ability to make it on my own. But as the years went by, I began to realize that something was missing.
I felt adrift in my coaching career, unsure of where I was headed or what I really wanted to get out of it. I had no one to turn to for guidance or support, and I felt like I was constantly floundering, without a clear sense of direction.
Then, one day, I stumbled upon a small coaching community that changed everything. It was a group of people who were all pursuing similar goals and facing similar challenges in their own coaching. They shared resources, tips, and advice, and they offered each other encouragement and support when things got tough.
At first, I was hesitant to get involved. I didn't want to expose my vulnerabilities or risk being judged by others. But as I got to know the people in the community, I began to see the benefits of being a part of something larger than myself.
